Sit back and relax on your balcony and watch the sunrise or sunset while sipping your favorite beverage. Designed to sleep six with two private full baths. This condominium is a great get-away for a romantic weekend or family vacation.
The Condominium is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable and affordable.
Incredible views from the balcony with plenty of comfortable seating for dining alfresco. Living room boasts queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa for additional guests and large flatscreen TV for watching the game. Private Wifi is also available in this unit.
Fix a family meal in your well equipped kitchen which includes blender, ice maker, dishwasher, and all the conveniences of home. Dining area has seating for six. Washer and dryer in condo for your personal use.
Ready for fine dining and nightlife? There are many options in Fort Walton Beach and Destin (check out the electronic guest book for recommendations).
House Rules
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
NOTE ON SMOKING: Please be sure to only smoke outside. Smoking inside the condo will result in extra cleaning fees up to $500.
This property sleeps 6 people!!! If we determine you have more than 6 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per person, per night.
This property does not allow pets.

We stayed Apr 17 - 24.Unit 201 was very nice. The location was great and the beach was super nice.Loved having beach chairs and umbrella included with the unit.The unit was well decorated, clean, and very cozy.A few constructive items:Mid week the roach spraying crew entered the unit while we were in it to spray for bugs…again, while we were in the unit. Luckily we were just sitting watching tv but kinda weird to just have someone barge in.The unit lacks extra blankets. So if you get cold you’ll need to take blankets off the beds and use.Kitchen is nice but keep in mind all they have is salt and pepper. Everything else to cook is on you to go buy. Everyday during the trip (except Sunday the 19th) there was construction going on above the unit. It started quit early so if you like to sleep in past 8am it will be difficult. I don’t anticipate this is year round but was during our stay.I don’t want to take away from the unit as overall it’s a very nice place and was very reasonably priced.

The Condo was perfect and could not have been any better. The view was fabulous and the location of the condo was excellent. Everything was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Looking forward to staying there again next year! Its the Best!!!

Nice spot to see ocean and sunsets and sunrises. You need to include cards and pens….we couldn’t find any. Also wish you had a hot tub cuz it was usually cold and windy.
