WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Our vacation home is comfortably equipped for 8 to 10 people. You and your guests can spread out in our 3 bedrooms: our primary bedroom features a king-size memory foam bed for 2; our 1st guest room is tightly equipped with 2 queen-sized beds for 2 to 4 people; and our 3rd guest room is tucked away with a queen-size bed for up to 2 guests. Each bedroom has a TV and some room to unpack, so make yourself home! If you need an additional sleeping space, our living room has a sofa sleeper; however - please request linens for the sofa sleeper ahead of time. You will have plenty of room to unwind with your crew in our 2 bathrooms, open floor living area with sofas, dining space, and fully-furnished kitchen. We've furnished and decorated our vacation home with our guests in mind - everything is family-friendly, clean, and functional. The living spaces have a modern, beach-cottage vibe, while our bedrooms have a playful brightness. Aside from equipping our vacation home with full-size kitchen appliances, we've also installed a washer and dryer for your convenience. WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

- Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
- The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
- The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Everything was clean and ready to go. We were able to drop our stuff off and head down to the beach right away. So many food options close by and HEB delivered groceries to the door. We would stay here again.

We loved the room and view. This was our 2nd stay at Saida. Last year we stayed in tower 2 and this year tower 3. We really enjoyed both. The check in process was amazing as well as the staff. The condo had everything ee needed and some. The location was great for us. We cant wait to book for next year. Thank you

On your website, it said that we could check in early. Probably be charged a small fee. When discussing it with the checking people he kept telling us that the place. And yet, the cleaning lady card said that the property was clean on the 8th of October. The oven did not work In caught on fire. Skillets were not usual because they were not non stick in my eggs kept sticking to the skillet Even with none stick all in it. There was little red bugs on the furniture in the living on the floor had to buy some bulk spray. Have the pictures of the oven on fire?
