Thatch Hill is an inviting 4-bedroom villa on Grand Cayman’s North Side, just 300 yards east of the Rum Point Club, offering a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.
This beachfront villa boasts stunning views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea, a large freshwater pool, and a spacious full-width screened porch with an outdoor dining table for sunset dinners and drinks. A protective reef just off the pool deck provides excellent snorkeling and kayaking opportunities.
The interiors are bright and sunny, designed with a relaxed beach house vibe. An open floor plan divides the villa, featuring a large vaulted great room at the center and bedroom suites on either side. The living area includes a comfortable sofa and loveseat, a large HDTV, and walkout access to the screened porch.
The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, an island breakfast bar, a dining table for six, and all the essentials, including dishware, glassware, cookware, and cutlery. A charcoal grill is also provided for outdoor cooking.
For work-from-home professionals, high-speed fiber WIFI internet ensures reliable connectivity for multiple users and devices, making remote work and learning seamless.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
*** OCEAN DEBRIS & SARGASSUM ***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased over the summer months. Our owners make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will contact the owner for alternative solutions, which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.

We had a fantastic week @ Thatch Hill property. Louise, our property manager was amazing and rapidly answered all of our questions within minutes and was very helpful the entire week. A great combination of ocean fun along with the beautiful pool right outside our door. Snorkeling was a highlight and easily accessible off our own beachfront. Saw many beautiful fish, stingray and even conch’s. Given we stayed over Easter holiday we ordered groceries (Hurley’s grocery store) and alcohol (Jaques Scott) to be delivered the day we arrived and it was perfect. Was inside and put away upon arrival. We didn’t need to go out immediately after checking for anything. Very convenient. Check-in was no hassle. Stopped into the guest services the first day there to grab snorkel gear and a corn hole set for the week. Easy peasy! Rum point is .4 miles down the road so easy to walk there and back for dinners, souvenir shop and excursions if desired. Highly recommend the bioluminescence kayak tour if it’s the right time of month (not full moon) was so cool to experience and so close. Only a few places in the world to do it and we had it just down the road! Took a drive to seven mile beach for the day (about 45 minutes drive) totally different from Rum point. The house is very clean, well maintained and has everything you could need. Beds were comfortable, fans in each room but AC worked well and kept the house cool. Perfect for our group of six. Four adults and two teens (15&17)

Lovely property with gorgeous views. The house was well supplied with toiletries, towels, paper goods, etc. The management company was very helpful in arranging excursions. Would love to go back!

The home was great for the 4 adults and 2 kids, ages 7 & 4, in our group. The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 with water views, and 3 we'll equipped bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was clean and a great option for the kids. Snorkeling was great and very close to shore.
