Champagne Sunrise is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront home located on the North Coast of Grand Cayman. This property has breathtaking unobstructed views of the Caribbean sea. This vacation home offers an excellent snorkeling spot where you will find amazing vibrant sea life at the coral reef, which is a short snorkel swim from shore. The beach offers long walks in either direction with plenty of white sand beach. Only a short distance from the Rum Point Club and Rail Sail Sports where you will find all water sports/activities. Just think no planes roaring overhead, sirens, train whistles or traffic, just the sea calling. Sliding glass door open to the pool from living area and master suite and just a few short steps to the beach and ocean

What a house! This was the perfect location for my family's stay near Rum Point. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, plenty of lounge space, private pool, private beach access and solid snorkeling. This home provided everything. The pictures that are in the listing are correct. But they simply don't do justice to the sunrises and sunsets that you'll experience! A couple of restaurants are nearby and a small market is a short walk/drive away. If you need a larger selection of groceries I'd drive back towards the east side of the island. Books and board games are provided! I can't wait to come back!

Wonderful home with amazing views and snorkeling right off the back patio. Very peaceful and quiet location but still very close (walk or short drive) to Rum Point for restaurants and bars.

Very nice..very clean. Great snorkeling on reef right out front. Kayaks and snorkel gear supplied. Well equipped kitchen with grocery store nearbyRum Point restaurants good but expensive Freshwater pool was nice to check our gearConstruction next door was not overly loud
