This beautiful home is nothing short of a Beach Dream. The owners have updated everything from the wood floors to the Venetian plaster walls to the mattresses and interior décor. Start your day at the private beach just a quick walk down the street (100 Yards), unwind by the LARGE pool (14'x30'), Hot Tub and enjoy family and friends in the chef's kitchen complete with slate counter tops.
Feel like lounging on your beach vacation? Choose one of the many private nooks and sit back with a book or zone out in front of one of the huge flat screen TV's. With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, we're certain you will agree that this dream of a home will meet your expectations year after year.

Upper Level: Kitchen, Living Room w/Flat screen TV w/Roku & Blu Ray/DVD, Dining Room, Family Room w/TV w/Roku & Blu Ray/DVD, Master Bedroom w/King w/Full Bath & TV w/Roku, Half Bath off Kitchen.

Pool Heat Fee: $300
Pool Chiller Fee: $200
Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher). Additionally, pool chill drops the temperature approximately 15-20 degrees below the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher). Both systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.
Prohibited Vehicles in Ocean Sands: Trailers, RV's/Motor Homes, Golf Carts, ATV's, Motorized scooters/buggies.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. The walk to the beach was about 6 houses. The pool area was stunning. However, 2 of the bedrooms didn't have tvs in them, which were listed in the original posting. And the microwave was broken. The maintenance team came out twice but nothing was ever done about it. The house itself was mostly clean but the floors in every room had some sand. Overall, it was a great house and we would definitely stay there again

The property was perfect! The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook our own meals. The location was ideal! Walking distance to the food store and the beach. We did not need to use our car the whole time we were there. Beautiful beach that was not crowded and there was a life guard. Highly recommend!

This is a great house with fantastic outdoor space which includes a shaded eating area. House is large, with 3 primary bedrooms with private baths, a great open common area, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for us to have family meals. Highly recommend!
