Villa Del Sol is set in the exclusive Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca, close to Playa Flamingo beach and the resort’s popular water park. This stylish villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and fibre internet. Outside, enjoy a private heated pool, safely fenced from the villa, and surrounded by a volcanic stone wall - ideal for families and couples.
The Space:
Villa Del Sol is perfectly located in the sought-after Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to local amenities, Playa Flamingo beach and the popular Aqualava Water Park.
This welcoming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is ideal for both families and couples. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the two twin bedrooms share a separate family bathroom, making it a great layout for families travelling with children or friends sharing.
Families, particularly those with young children, will appreciate the gated pool area, providing added safety and peace of mind, while couples can enjoy the quiet surroundings for a relaxing getaway.
Outside, the villa boasts a private electrically heated pool, surrounded by a traditional volcanic stone wall for privacy, along with a built-in BBQ area and terrace, perfect for relaxing days and al fresco dining.
Inside, the villa offers comfortable and stylish living spaces, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and air-conditioned bedrooms (coin-operated) to keep you cool on warm Lanzarote nights. The Neighborhood:
Villa Del Sol is located in the popular Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca, offering a peaceful setting with excellent amenities close by. Aqualava Water Park is just 200 metres away, while a mini market is within easy walking distance.
Playa Flamingo beach, along with a selection of restaurants, bars, and shops, is approximately 900 metres away. From there, you can enjoy a scenic stroll along the promenade into the centre of Playa Blanca, where you'll find an even wider choice of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
With beautiful coastal surroundings and the striking Montaña Roja volcano nearby, Villa Del Sol is an excellent base for both relaxing and exploring the resort.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, with the nearest bus stop just 200m from the villa, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.
A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We had a really lovely time. Lovely villa, everything clean, good facilities. Nice big pool. Shops near. Short walk to Flamingo beach. Very easy to get to the main routes around the island if you have a car. Would recommend and would love to come back again.
Somewhere to hang your towels in the en-suite bathroom.

Villa was clean, tidy, well equipped, comfortable and private. Excellent outside space whether you like the sun or shade. Good location close to beaches and amenities. A 20 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca so not necessary to hire a car if you don’t mind the walk.
Not much to be honest but I think the second bedroom could do with a mirror.

The villa had every thing that we needed for a perfect holiday. Great location, good size swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. The villa itself had 3 good size bedrooms with comfortable beds large living room with tv which had a good choice of channel.The kitchen was well equipt for self catering.
The only thing I missed was having a mirror in the main bedroom.

This was our 6th time staying with villasnow dating back to 2010. We have never stayed in a villa with anyone else which just shows how much we love it and trust Villas now.
The villa is a home from home with everything we could ask for and we had a really good time.
Nothing major however a bit of constructive criticism.
It appears Villa del sol has a store room at the side which wasn't a problem but on a few hot nights with the window open, we was woken at 5am and 6am hearing someone moving around outside which was a bit worrying until we worked out what it was. We felt this was a bit early to be woken up.
We stayed in Villa del sol in 2010 and the sun beds look like they haven't changed. Some are broken and uncomfortable to use.
Lanzarote gets dusty and the pool area got very dirty. I couldn't find and outside brush to keep it clean.
