About this villa rental
Villa Palmira is located in the private residential area of Montana Roja in Playa Blanca. It is in an ideal location for an easy walk into the main town to all the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches.
Inside the villa you will find a superb well equipped kitchen with everything you will need including fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, full sized oven and ceramic hob. The kitchen leads into the lounge with TV having full UKTV channels and dining area to seat 6.
The villa has 3 bedrooms. The double master bedroom leads out directly on to the lovely sunbathing terrace. There are 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have coin-operated air conditioning units. There are 2 bathrooms - 1 ensuite with shower and main bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside there is a private heated pool 8x4 metres, lovely secluded patio terrace and stunning views over the ocean and across to the island of Fuerteventura.

Lovely villa and location. Bars and restaurants not to far away. There are plenty of taxi around which are only a few euros if you need one . Nice views and a quiet and peaceful place to relax.

Excellent property. Really spacious inside for all rooms. Outside lovely covered area with table and seating when sun is too much. Great pool (c30ft x 10ft) with plenty of space to sun bath.Great location, quiet and private yet still only 10-12 minute walk to beach with bars and restaurants. Further 15 mins on (via lovely coastal walk) is a larger promenade with more restaurants.We have been to many villas (Spain, Portugal, US) and this really did tick so many boxes.Really enjoyable stay - with a smashing welcome box for when we arrived with all the necessities - thanks so much

Mattresses need replacing they were v uncomfortable. Reseal the bath/shower in master bedroom fluids the bathroom also sort the second shower room floors flooded every time it is used. Locks on nearly all doors and windows need repairing
