About this house rental
Wake up every morning to coffee on your private screened porch overlooking blue lagoon waters!
This beautifully decorated home within a private gated community features multiple screened porches and is located across the street from the beach! Bright sunny windows allow lots of light to shine into this open floor plan, which features a large kitchen (updated 2022), living room with fireplace & comfy seating, and a large dining area on the first floor. The first floor also has the first bedroom with a Queen bed and TV and a half bath that was added in 2023.
Upstairs, there is a large master suite with its own private bath (updated 2023). The third bedroom is on this floor as well, and has two twin beds and a private bathroom. Wireless internet is also included to make getting away from the office for a few days that much easier!
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.
This home is 2000 sq ft. No Smoking. **Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes**

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, and guests will continue to have access to the beach throughout the project. We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location to the beach and pool was perfect especially for my elderly parents they did not have to walk far. We loved the screened in porches and the home was beautiful and comfortable.

Location to the beach and pool is fantastic. Some maintenance to the unit is recommended however the overall experience was great. We will certainly return.
