Modern elegance abounds in this Fort Lauderdale waterfront home. Spectacular for indoor and outdoor entertaining, this spacious open floor plan is perfectly situated to showcase majestic sunsets. The island kitchen and sophisticated stonework combine with porcelain floors for a luxurious relaxing vibe. Fabulously appointed Master Suite with king-size bed and sliders out to the pool area. We also have 2 guest rooms, one with a king-size bed, one with a queen-size bed, and a daybed for an extra guest. Outside take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear heated pool then work on your tan on one of the chaise lounges as you gaze over the spectacular view of the waterway. Later throw some steaks or shrimp skewers on the gas barbeque grill while enjoying your favorite beverage- this home also has an extra ice machine to keep things cold & refreshing in the hot weather. Watch your kids splash and play in the sparkling crystal-clear heated pool. This home is the perfect family vacation choice. All good, some tv problems, without LR tv for about 5 days. Otherwise very nice stay. Very modern renovation of older home. Well kept and well furnished.

This property was excellent. It was clean, spacious, great location, close to beaches, restaurants and shops, nice, quiet neighborhood, the heated pool was awesome and my son had fun fishing outback. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again soon!
