Fabulous midcentury modern pool home where it's all about relaxing in the sunshine. Gorgeous and private resort-style yard with pool, spa, fire pit lounge and covered living pavilion - with a lounge area and alfresco dining. Towering palm trees and mountain views give the property a magical desert vibe. Beds: K, K, T/T (can convert to K)
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES Sliding glass doors at the back of the living area open up to reveal the fabulous resort-style pool yard. At the center of the yard you'll find a large pool with a spa, surrounded by chaise lounges, a fire pit lounge and a covered outdoor living pavilion with a lounge area and alfresco dining for 6 guests. There is also gas BBQ grill.
Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spat can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
INDOOR LIVING SPACES Gorgeous in its simplicity, as Mr. Alexander and his architects intended, you'll find clean lines, high ceilings, an open concept floor plan and spectacular walls of glass that let the light pour in - revealing the very private pool yard. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy. ** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at a Casago vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **
SLEEPING QUARTERS All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, flat screen televisions, and ample storage. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. There are two additional guest rooms that share easy access to the full guest bathroom in the hallway. One has a King bed, and the other has two Twin beds (that can be converted to a King upon request).
THE LOCATION Sunrise Park is centrally located in the City of Palm Springs. It's close to the airport (but not in the flight pattern) and less than a mile and a half from bustling Downtown. You'll also be close to the Farmers' Market, the Camelot Theater (the home of many of our film festivals and where all the art house and independent movies are shown.) Restaurants, fast food places, coffee spots, grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by.

We had a great stay and would recommend to others looking for a nice house with a pool, hot tub, and fire pit in Palm Springs. No complaints!

The house is nice, description is accurate. Location is fair, quiet neighborhood, less than 10min drive from airport and to downtown. BUT we asked to heat the pool in advance for our stay (50/day fees) we had to contact the team to double check cause it felt a bit chill and the hot tub was not hot and there was a lock on the temperature control system. They said they will clarify with the team, we had no further info but the lock was open the 2nd day so we managed to deal with it ourselves. BUT the house had a funky smell when we entered (like moldy and humid) the main bathroom plumbing system is not reliable, we contacted Acme house support team to have the toilet fixed after using it once but despite sending someone the problem remained, everyday of our 4 days stay. They were MIA from Saturday late at night until I texted again on Monday morning to get some news…to finally say they were sending a plumbing company on Monday afternoon, but we had to check out at 10am so they didn’t even realize how long was our stay…you really don’t want to spend your weekend dealing with a clogged toilet, texting the support team multiple times and wondering if there would be a disaster in the bathroom when you come back to the house after a stroll downtown. I highly recommend making sure that this issue has been fixed for real before renting this house. Communication is not their forte.
