Beautiful view … loved hearing the waves crash. Walking distance to Sailing Cow bar and grill. Short drive to ferry to Nantucket . Perfect !

We had a wonderful stay, and the house had plenty of items within so no need to pack extras.

Very cozy, clean cottage/house directly on the beach. Everything was neat, beds were comfortable, and the house was well stocked. Two nice decks. The only issue is the house is listed with "shared" beach access with a stairway leading to the beach. However access was blocked by as newly constructed fence limiting access to the stairway. It could be easy to walk around, but looks to intentionally block anyone from this property from using the stairs next door. Also, the tide and rock walls makes walking the beach very limited to the small beach area directly in front of the house. It's a nice area, but we anticipated being able to walk a long way down the beach.

We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the location was great. We celebrated my mom's 90 birthday in January and anticipated it would be cold. The heat worked well and we were comfortable. The owner was very helpful during check-in when we had issues getting in with the new front door lock. Overall everyone enjoyed the house. Reading the previous reviews, I agree the house needs a few updates especially at this price point. Window treatments, towels and there are more than two stairs at the front entry. Access to the beach is a long staircase, might not be best if guests have mobility issues. Overall, nice cottage and a super helpful host.
