About this cottage rental
Welcome to the best of all worlds: a sunny, secluded, private, and newly-built cottage that's also walking distance from Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods. Only a mile from Manitou Springs. Relax in this two-bedroom cottage with natural light, bright artwork on the walls, and a full, spacious kitchen. A 2-person hot tub is available in the private back patio. Enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine on the front or back patios that face the mountains. Deer and rabbits abound. A peaceful cottage central to both hiking and shopping. Privacy fencing around property.
This is a brand new, spacious cottage set behind the main house with sleeping for 3 (though we can accomodate a 4th if they're willing to sleep on the couch). Access is from a dirt road, and we have parking for two cars (please check with us about tall RV's before booking). There is a spacious front patio as well as a private back patio off of the main bedroom.

We absolutely loved our stay in Manitou Springs. The house was brand new, incredibly clean, and thoughtfully designed from top to bottom. The decorations were so joyful and made the space feel warm, welcoming, and relaxing after long days of exploring. The location was perfect and close to all of the major attractions, restaurants, and scenic spots in the area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pikes Peak region.

This is a beautifully appointed property. We loved the location. Close to all we wanted to do but off the beaten path for a quiet evening at home. Everything was very clean, updated and well-cared for. We'll definitely be booking again!

Cute, well stocked rental with responsive hosts.We had a minor issue with the door and they were responsive and fixed it in a timely fashion.
