Sandpiper Run A3H - Breathtaking - Direct Oceanfront Views! Enjoy your mornings, afternoons and evenings with views of the beach and ocean from two balconies in this top floor, 2-story condo. Enter on the main floor featuring the living and dining areas, along with the kitchen, laundry room and a half bath. The living area has sliding glass doors that open to the balcony and unobstructed view of the ocean. There is a wet bar with ice maker in the dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and snacks for your family and friends. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master suite opens to the top floor oceanfront balcony. The master bath has a vanity with double sinks, a garden tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This condo has a Reserved Covered Parking Space (north garage).
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Linens Included for all weekly rentals. This includes all linens with beds made and towels included.

Beach Gear Credit Included: Enjoy a $250 weekly credit through VayK Gear for beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards delivered to your property! This program is available for rentals from 5 – 21 nights.
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

Love the Litchfield by the Sea property. Great views of the ocean. We liked the 2 floor setup. Love waking up to the sound of the ocean off the master suite balcony.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this oceanfront property and at Litchfield by the Sea. It was nice having our own parking space and not having to walk far to our room. It was very quiet. The beach wide with beautiful sunrises. The property is well cared for and had everything we needed for a comfortable 3-night stay. We would stay here again.

Wonderful ocean views and sounds from LR and MBR, both with inviting balconies. Comfortable beds, good closet and drawer space, furniture in nice condition and well supplied with pots, pans, dishes and glassware. Especially appreciated the ice maker/ bar area with sink. It definitely felt like we were sharing a place that is well cared for.
