Crescent C4B - This oceanfront condominium has 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with great views of the ocean and the pool. The living area has a wall of glass windows and sliding door to the balcony and view. Nicely furnished and updated throughout. Kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops. Master bedroom has a great view of the ocean and sliding door to the balcony and view. The master bath has a vanity with double sinks, a garden tub and a separate walk-in shower. Amenities Include: Multiple TVs, ROKU (in Living Area & Master Bedroom), Amazon Firestick (Master Bedroom), Xbox 360 w/Games, Outside Storage (with Boogie Boards & Beach Toys), and Reserved Covered Parking.

Linens Included for all rentals. This includes all linens with beds made and towels included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

The Crescent was a very nice condo in Litchfield By The Sea in Pawleys’s Island. Everything in the condo was recently redone and it was nicely decorated and cozy. We really enjoyed the coffee bar as well as the beautiful views from the balcony in the mornings. We would definitely go back to The Crescent.

This unit has many updates, which is both a pro and a con. There is a new floating floor. There does not seem to have enough underlayment. it sounded like we were walking with hard shoes even when we had bare feet- like it was hollow underneath.
Cleanliness was average. ceiling fans need a good rub down. couches were comfy, but look like people had sat on them with wet suits or sunscreen.
the Ocean front view was wonderful. Neighbors were quiet. I love the Litchfield area.

Our family celebrated Easter and Spring break at this property and it was perfect! Met all of our expectations and he’d a great time!
