This unique property boasts a sun-drenched swimming pool, and a picturesque backyard adorned with majestic oak trees. Situated above a lush green belt with a seasonal creek and scenic walking paths, Candlewood Creek offers a peaceful retreat. This inviting home features four bedrooms, with three of them furnished with king-size beds for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The fourth bedroom houses a queen-size Murphy bed that can be conveniently pulled down for additional sleeping space. The expansive gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with all the essentials and framed by windows that showcase a stunning view of the oak-filled surroundings. Relax and rejuvenate in this well-appointed home that caters to your every need. Unwind in the living spaces with four flat-screen TVs, stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy gatherings around the indoor gas fireplace or outdoor Gas BBQ. Additional amenities include a two-car garage, a separate laundry room, and a covered patio where you can bask in the beauty of the outdoors. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***

***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***
