Completely RENOVATED- new living room furniture, bedroom furniture, upgraded bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower. This beautiful beach themed unit sports a huge balcony with fun, colorful, polywood balcony furniture. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the needed appliances to ensure your peace of mind while preparing your favorite meals for your friends and family! Unit is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. No need to worry about losing keys as this unit has a KEY-LESS ENTRY!!
This 3 bedroom beach front condo is TRULY amazing!! Great layout with the master bedroom located directly on the beach side with its own direct access to the balcony; a spacious kitchen with GRANITE counter-tops, a full size dining room table to accommodate all of your guests and family members. An additional entry way to the balcony is located off of the living room. The living rooms boasts a 75 inch TV for your entertainment and enjoyment!
Additionally every bedroom boasts a 55 inch TV. Twin beds in the guest bedroom have been replaced with full size beds. The VIEWS are unbelievable; you will be able to take in the beautiful scenery Okaloosa Island has to offer! Summer Place is a wonderful property with a pool area that everyone LOVES. You can enjoy the largest pool on the Island or kick back and relax in the hot tub. This condo also provides free wireless internet. Great location on the Okaloosa Island, walking distance to the Okaloosa Pier and restaurants. VERY CLOSE to downtown Fort Walton Beach and only 7 miles to Destin.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities. We'll stocked kitchen and up to date. Very clean. Sister trip so we each had our own bedroom with private bath. That made it a perfect stay.

We loved the condo. It was very comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was we could not see the numbers on our key pad at night because the light was out. Every night I would say I am going to call and would forget until we come back from dinner. We hope we can book the same condo next September. Thanks again Brooks and Shore for a great vacation. 22nd year with yall and have enjoyed every one of them.

The condo itself was nice. All of the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Maintenance had to be called due to the master bath drain being clogged and flooded the floor. The hot tub stopped working. Few days later maintenance was called again due to the ac going out. We were moved to a different unit in a different building. That unit was outdated and a cheaper price, but we were not offered any type of refund despite being moved to a cheaper priced condo. Both units needed to be cleaned better.
