Very clean and comfortable, plenty of room. Beautiful view of the beach and close to dining and shopping. I like that there is usually someone at the front desk and they are always friendly and helpful. We will be back soon!

Very disappointing! Have rented from you previously but this visit questioning my choice.
Condo was dirty. Went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean when I got there. Ceiling fans were filthy with dirt hanging off blades. Shower stall moldy and kitchen utensils rusted on all sides. In addition, no blanket in condo. Asked about a blanket and after 3 requests, went out and bought one. I left that condo cleaner than the condition upon arrival, which is sad. Going on vacation, you don't expect to have to clean before you have guests arrive! We have stayed in Summer Place numerous times and noticed property was dirty. Chairs at pool needed to be power washed. Elevator (1) broken. Gas grill (1) broken. This property has really gone downhill.
