About this villa rental
Enjoy your holiday in this spacious villa in an exclusive location in L’Hospitalet de l’Infant. The house is slightly elevated in a prime seafront position and offers beautiful sea views – just approx. 300 metres from the beach.
The 170 m² living space is spread across a welcoming living room with air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms. Two bathrooms with shower and WC provide ample comfort, also for families.
A particular highlight is the large covered terrace – ideal for relaxed outdoor dining. The enclosed garden with barbecue, shaded areas under trees, and plenty of privacy invites you to unwind and enjoy your stay.
Direct walking access to the sea and the quiet location make this villa perfect for a relaxing holiday. Parking is available within the enclosed courtyard.
Long-term stays are available on request – we will be happy to provide you with a personalised offer.

Lovely villa in a great location.

Very nice holiday house with a nice view and great BBQ. Everything is complete, airco is working fine and although you don't spend much time
in the house because of the beautiful weather it has a nice living room and enough bedrooms and even 2 bathrooms. Helmut and his wife are a very nice couple and helped us adequate as are the answers of Rolf Mischler in case we had any question. To summarize: we will definitely book next year again.

Viel mehr kann man sich für ein Urlaubsquartier nicht wünschen:
Viel Platz, schöne Ausstattung, Terrasse mit Meerblick und ein blühender großer Garten. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an zuhause gefühlt. In der Wohnung haben wir eine Menge hilfreicher Informationen (Reiseführer, Karten, Telefonnummern für Taxi etc.) vorgefunden.
Der auch im August recht locker besetzte Strand ist in gerade mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr gut.
Wir können das Lodji Sanggar uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
