The communication with home owner was excellant. The house is in a great location with many nice resturants and activites for our whole family. The house is spacious, well maintained and has everything you need from towels for the pool to a wagon beach chairs, sand toys and umbrella for the beach. It also has an extra fridge that we used to store water, pop, beer and ice in. They also provide a cooler that we used for the beach. My whole family just loves this house. It was our second time staying here.

Great in all views! Well maintaned, extremly clean and more than enough space for a party of nine. Quiet neighbourhood and close to all attractions. The owner Mark is very helpful.Highly recommend!!!!

We had a delightful time in Sarasota attending a family wedding. This house is in a great location and has plenty of space for gathering or getting away.
