2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
4. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Coastal Lodge!

6. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from November 21st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra cost. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates.
