About this apartment rental
Fantastic apartments in the perfect spot!
Modern apartment located in luxury condo with 180° ocean view outside Lisbon close to Cascais and the apartments has stunning sea view from all rooms.
The 193 m2 apartment has four bedrooms, very large living room/kitchen in open solution and with a veranda towards the sea . Two toilets and the apartment/kitchen is fully equipped.
Please note that the calendar is always updated!
The sandy beach is just outside the house, and if you do not want to swim in the sea, there is a pool and a garden belonging to the apartment. The apartment has a car place in the garage and apartment complex is guarded / front desk 24/7.
If you do not want to use the car, the train station is at 5 min walking distance and it takes 20 minutes to go to the Centre of Lisbon or 10 minutes to Cascais centre.
Around the apartment there are a number of cafés and restaurants and 5 minutes walking distance is cozy Parede Centre with shops and market for fish, fruit and vegetables, etc. every day.
During high season, June-Aug, the changing day is always Saturday or Sunday. For longer stay (10 days or more), the starting date or ending date should be on a Saturday or Sunday.
Access to the gym is separate payment.

It was perfect for me (73 yr.old Mum) taking my son's and daughter's family on this trip. We rented 2 cars and went all around the area of Parede Cascais Sintra and of course Beautiful Lisbon. Did 1 night at Albuferia and went to Benagil caves kayaking. It was quite hot but a lot of fun.

Beautiful condo in a great location. The condo has a lot of light and beautiful views from every room. Jonas was easy to deal with and very informative. We had a great visit and the condo was the perfect home base.

My wife and I travelled with our kids (7 and 9) and a grandparent. The apartment was great, the pool was nice, a good beach with bars is only a short walk away, some shops are close by and the city center is only a short Uber ride away. We had a great time.
(The in-house gym was - as required by law (COVID-19) - still closed.)

Good space and view, but since the apartment is for 7-8 persons there are missing space on terrace and in sofa.
Really missing a good terrace. The terrace is in the master bedroom and you can only stay 4 persons or else it is to crowded.
Missing seating in sofas, where you can stay 5 persons.
Driving from/to the parking spot is like a labyrinth. The key to open the garage only works few times, so you have to call the reception. Other peoble in building have a remote, witch is needed.
When it is windy you can hear the nooice of the wind, because the windows not are tied enough.
Summary: We have been in the area many times, so we can sadly say that the apartment is to expensive for what you get.
Lisbon area is a great place to take a vacation.
