You’ll be within a couple of blocks of Redfish Village with shops and restaurants, bike and surf rentals and other conveniences. Don’t forget to walk over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for a homemade scoop! Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Explore Redfish Lake, one of the few coastal dune lakes in the world. Come and see for yourself what makes Sunseekers and the 30A area so special! Please note there is no elevator at this property.

Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back!
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Overall we had a very nice stay. We came in from Ohio for a wedding so we didn’t spend a ton of time there but it pretty much had everything that we needed. Nice decor and bed was very comfortable. Perfect location for the beach.

This was the perfect spot to be close to the beach as well as neat coffee shops and ice cream at Blue Mt. Beach. I felt completely safe and everything was perfect. The parking is a little tight and the condo is a little hard to find if you aren't looking closely - watch for the sign and know you have to drive back behind the condo on the main road to get to this one.

Great location, the toaster didn’t work and the stove didn’t get hot enough to boil water. Disappointing since I bought food to cook.

Condo is cute. During our stay we were told we had to find somewhere else to park so they could redo parking lot. There’s not alot of parking to begin with so this was inconvenient. Also had a building wide water outage, thankfully it was taken care of quickly. Weather was terrible almost the whole time but can’t control Mother Nature.
