With plenty of room to spread out and all the essentials for a relaxing stay, it's an inviting place to call home while you enjoy the Gulf Coast.
Inside, hardwood-look flooring flows throughout the condo, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that's easy to maintain after sandy beach days. The open layout gives everyone space to relax, making it just as enjoyable to spend time inside as it is exploring everything the property has to offer.
The living room is designed with comfort in mind, featuring multiple couches that provide plenty of seating for everyone to gather together. Whether you're catching up after a day in the sun, watching a movie on the 56-inch TV with a DVD player, or settling in for the evening, you'll have room to relax. The sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to five guests.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for easy vacation dining. Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee using either the traditional drip coffee maker or the Keurig, then prepare breakfast or a quick snack with the basic kitchen essentials provided for your stay.
At the end of the day, the spacious bedroom offers a peaceful place to recharge. Featuring a comfortable king-size bed, a standing floor fan for added comfort, and a 43-inch TV with a DVD player, it's the perfect retreat after hours spent by the water. The bathroom includes a full bathtub, making it easy to rinse away the sand or enjoy a relaxing soak before bed.
Outside your door, the vacation truly begins. Spend sunny afternoons lounging beside the community pool, enjoy a friendly game of tennis or pickleball with equipment available from the front desk, or take the private boardwalk directly to the beautiful white-sand beach and emerald Gulf waters.
From March 1 through October 31, your stay includes complimentary beach service with two beach chairs and one umbrella set up and taken down each day by beach attendants. Simply grab your towel and head to your reserved spot on the sand. If your group needs more space, additional beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent.
For added convenience, the property also features two on-site laundry rooms with pay-per-use washers and dryers, along with scheduled towel exchange days to make longer stays even more comfortable.

We first arrive to the gate. The entry access was simple. Parking availability every 10 minutes or less. Luggage racks available at the front door. Check in made easy. Staff very welcoming. Elevated access to the floor with handicap ramps. Door code and entry also made easy. The room was immaculate! Everything you ever needed, including a very comfortable bed, clean floor with no sand granules, and a view from the room to die for! Thank you for such an inviting stay. You made it very easy for us to return as often as we can. I didn’t expect that...

Condo was exactly as described, quiet on the 6th floor but easy to get to the beach. Unfortunately we did not have a good weather week, but still enjoyed the condo, and Destin, very much. Close to restaurants and shopping. This was our second year at Holiday Surf and Racquet, and we will be back.

We will no longer be searching for a place to go to every year! This is THE place to be. Can’t complain about anything we had the best time. The guys who work down at the beach are amazing! We plan to be back next summer!
