We stayed here with our 18 and 20 yr old sons- first time visiting Destin. The unit was very clean and spacious - private washer/dryer access was fantastic. Beds were super comfortable - not something I usually say about rental properties! Location and amenities of the property were amazing - it is literally steps from the pristine beach. We loved the free pickleball/tennis courts, shuffleboard, and beach service (chairs and umbrella) as well as many, many activities to do in the immediate area (highly recommend Boogie's parasailing!). We wished we had stayed longer!

Very modern room! Beautiful decorated! Top notch appliances. Comfortable space for 4 adults and 2 children. Loved the balcony view! Had everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking in our room. Can’t think of anything I would add or change!!

Overall our stay was OK however we were put into a completely different unit which did not have two king beds (which we specifically booked and paid for). The unit we were given had only one king bed and the other bedroom only had a queen and a twin. Also, the dishwasher in the unit we were in didn't wash properly and the heater/ furnace was very loud. Beach was amazing and loved the location.
