I strongly recommend this place to everyone, me personally I am going to revisit in the future again.

We really liked the apartment. It was super close with the beach, exactly as it seemed in the picture. The staff was very friendly, they actually asked us a lot of times if we needed additional items or if we needed to clean or change something. Also, they let us do the check-out 2 hours later without an extra payment. Restaurants and markets were super close as well. One more important thing was that we could reach out to the host via phone at anytime, they were very responsible.

At the beginning we couldn’t see the name of the apartment but they came outside and guided us.

Owner Isat and lady that does cleaning, ware so nice and helpfull. Apt. is so close to the Beach, and food markets..restaurants.. If you have small kids, or non-swimmers this Beach is for You. Old Town is amazing to see and enjoy food and History.

Smell... Small River nearby is sewer colector.... City does not keep clean streets or beaches...

Super friendly staff, the owner of the house is very nice, gives good advice on which beaches to visit and which restaurants to eat in. Wonderful sea view. Very clean facility, close to super market and restaurants. Highly recommended👍👍👍👍

Amazing plase on the best beach in Montenegro. Apartment has great location with fantastic view. There are only few apartments like this in Ulcij. Apartment is capacious, clean and nice equipped. Balcony has great see view on the beach Velika plaža. Owner and his family are very friendly. I strongly reccomends this accommodation.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und sprechen ausgezeichnet Deutsch, sodass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet einen traumhaften Blick über die gesamte Bucht – einfach herrlich! Außerdem sind Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants nur wenige Schritte entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen

Z czystym sumieniem polecamy to miejsce! Apartament zdecydowanie na plus, czysty, zadbany z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Duży taras z przepięknym widokiem ! Właściciel niezwykle pomocny, bardzo chciał o nas zadbać i spełnić nasze oczekiwania(udało nam się wcześniej zameldować) i udało mu się. Piaszczysta plaża na wyciągnięcie dłoni (choć zdecydowanie woleliśmy położone zaledwie 20 min dalej kamieniste piękne plaże). W okolicy liczne sklepy, targowisko i mnóstwo restauracji. Miejsce godne polecenia:)

Schimmel am Beckenrand der Dusche, Schimmel an der Lüftung der Klimaanlage (!!!!) alles voll mit Mücken und Spinnen, mein Sohn ist trotz Spray und eigener Insektenfalle zugestochen gewesen über Nacht

Wir hatten ein Appartement im letzten Stock dementsprechend hatten wir eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer (genau wie auf den Bildern) - das war wirklich unser Highlight! Ebenfalls hat und die Lage mit Kindern gefallen man ist quasi am Strand und kann immer wieder hoch gehen wenn man möchte (Mittagsschlaf der Kids etc). Restaurant und Supermarkt in Fussnähe (200m). Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr modern eingerichtet das macht es eben sehr gemütlich. Am meisten hat uns jedoch die Gastfreundlichkeit gefallen, die Besitzer sind wirklich äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Es gibt nicht immer Parkplätze in der Saison, wir haben jedoch unser Auto kaum bis garnicht benutzt (in Ulcinj auch sehr empfehlenswert zu Fuss unterwegs zu sein - im Sommer ist es sehr gut besucht und es gibt sehr oft Stau). Uns hat es nicht gestört wir hatten einen Parkplatz und haben diesen nicht verlassen. Die Kleinstadt mit dem Strassenmarkt und Restaurants war ebenfalls 10Gehminuten entfernt (Restaurants gab es jedoch auch in unmittelbarer Nähe) Aus diesem Grund haben wir auch keinen Stern abgezogen.

Sehr gastfreundlicher Inhaber. Sehr schöner empfang, sehr hilfsbereit. Perfekte lage. Saubere schöne grosse zimmer. Schöne balkon. Für uns war es wirklich perfekt.
