This was by far the best house that we have stayed at in Ruidoso out of the 6 years we’ve been visiting, usually a couple times a year. Super spacious and an amazing view of the snow covered mountains from all of the 3 levels. 9 of us had more room than we needed. All 5 kids took over the bottom floor with two bedrooms and open area with day bed and then both couples had the main floor & top floor suites. We never felt crowded or like it was too loud with so many people. The one and only thing that could use some change is the top floor shower. The pressure is so poor that the shower has a hard time staying on and not switching back to bath or the handheld shower head. It also does not get hot- only warmish. I know pressure is not an easy fix but maybe a different shower head and one of the smaller water heaters for that level? Other than that small blip- this house was incredible and we will definitely choose again next season!

Fabulous property - perfect for our yearly family Ruidoso trip. Home has everything we needed, including baby gates at stairs! Thank you to the owners - this was our second time to stay there. Loved it!

We love this cabin! This is our second stay in this cabin. It has the best views, very accommodating, clean, nice rooms/beds, overall a beautiful cabin! Can’t wait to visit again!
