Whether you're planning a romantic escape or a fun-filled beach vacation with the family, this inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers a comfortable place to relax between sunny days on the sand. Thoughtfully maintained with tasteful updates and plenty of room to spread out, it's the perfect home base for making the most of your coastal getaway.
Step inside to a bright, welcoming space where tile flooring throughout the main living areas keeps beach life easy, while the wood-look flooring in the bedroom adds a warm, cozy touch. The condo has been refreshed with comfortable finishes that create an inviting atmosphere without losing its relaxed beach charm.
One of the highlights of this home is the spacious living room. With a leather sofa, a fabric sofa that converts into a queen-size sleeper, and a matching loveseat, everyone has a comfortable place to sit back after a day in the sun. Whether you're enjoying a family movie night on the 49-inch TV with DVD player or simply catching up over the day's adventures, this space was designed for spending time together. The sleeper sofa allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
The kitchen is equipped to make vacation living simple, featuring both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig so everyone can enjoy their favorite morning brew. Basic cookware and kitchen essentials are also provided, making it easy to prepare breakfast before heading to the beach or a casual dinner after a day outdoors.
When it's time to recharge, the spacious bedroom offers a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a standing floor fan for personalized comfort, and a 43-inch TV. The adjoining bathroom includes a full bathtub, providing the perfect place to rinse away the sand or enjoy a relaxing soak after a day by the Gulf.
Outside, vacation days are as active or relaxing as you choose. Cool off in the community pool, enjoy a friendly game of tennis or pickleball with equipment available at the front desk, or take the private boardwalk directly to the beautiful white-sand beach just moments away.
From March 1 through October 31, your stay includes complimentary beach service with two beach chairs and one umbrella set up and taken down daily by beach attendants. Simply arrive, settle into your reserved spot, and let the beach day begin. Additional chairs and umbrellas are available to rent if your group needs extra space.
The owners have also chosen to provide a beach wagon and beach toys for guests to enjoy. These items are offered as a courtesy and may vary from stay to stay, so availability cannot be guaranteed.
For added convenience, the property also features two on-site laundry rooms with pay-per-use washers and dryers, along with scheduled towel exchange days to help make your stay even more enjoyable.
Whether you're sipping coffee before sunrise, building sandcastles with the kids, or relaxing with a movie after watching the sunset, this comfortable condo offers everything you need for a carefree beach vacation.

I’m 36 and I’ve been coming to Destin since I was a child. This area is THE BEST part of the beach, hands down. Less crowded, no seaweed, incredible views, close to some great restaurants and gift shops. We saw manatees and dolphins right in front of the Condo multiple days, the atmosphere is extremely family friendly, we just had the best stay. The condo comes with tons of beach toys, boogie boards, extra beach chairs, and a wagon to haul it all down to the beach. It was just perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at HSRC. We love the location and easy access to the beach. As well as the excellent beach service. We did have one hiccup upon arrival. Our condo was delayed upon check-in. We did not get inside until 6:30 due to the owner's error on the calendar. However, Shannon of HSRC was our hero. She discounted our first night and allowed us to check out late. Thank you Shannon! Overall, we were mixed on the condo itself. We did not realize it was a corner condo which meant our neighbors were right there. We would choose a different condo location next time. The bed was comfortable, the rain shower was wonderful, the appliances were fine and the sofa had nice reclining seats. The TV took a little bit of time to figure out but we got it. Unfortunately, the bedroom TV had a glitch in which the volume was 'stuck'. I apologize for not reporting this to the management. We did have 1 unpleasant surprise, the housekeeping did not clean the microwave and it was filthy. But, we cleaned it. All in all, we enjoyed our beach vacation and look forward to another one in the future.
