About this house rental

The Villa is really a magical place where to relax and share a special time with family and friends.
Guests have exclusive access to the garden and private swimming pool.

It is possible planning a catered dinner to enjoy a taste of Italian cuisine served in a gorgeous garden with a shaded porch by the swimming pool or planning a practical lesson with chef Vincenzo, using the house's ancient bricked oven, baking pizzas&bread or planning a cooking lesson about fresh pasta (tagliatelle, gnocchi) with chef Marco, enjoying the final dinner. You can have a wine tasting from the nearby vineyard Cantina il Poggio. During your stay and before arrival, we will be happy to answer your question and help you plan activities and sightseeing.

Behind the shaded porch, it is possible planning a dinner/lunch for 70/80 people including in case of rain. We can get you in contact with different local catering services to match your wishes. Music is allowed until late.

In the early 1900s, the farmhouse was named Cà Cremona, which was built as a share-cropping house by The Corazza Counts - a local noble landlord family.
The mansion has been creatively renovated utilizing the original building materials such as red bricks, wooden beams, baked clay, and wrought iron. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and in the loft. Some bedrooms have on suites whilst others have a shared bathroom. The property is surrounded by a 3500m² private garden with an opened air swimming pool.

The house is located in the Terre Verdiane area - an interesting route that combines Italian food, wine, opera, and Ferrari.

A unique and unmissable experience to appreciate and delve deep into Italian culture. If you are into Italian renaissance you cannot miss Correggio's paintings in Parma's cathedral combined with a taste of Parmesan cheese, ricotta tortelli, and the traditional Parma ham. In the area are Enogastronomic tours.

A ride on the seaside will be a 1h30 drive away, you will arrive nearby Cinque Terre national reserve park. It is possible to organize a one-day boat cruise from La Spezia to Cinque Terre.

We had 11 people for a wonderful week stay at La casa di Daniela. There was amble room for everyone, with a wonderful outside area to dine and an addtional area to sit and chat. The grounds were lovely. The pool looked enticing but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we never were unable to take advantage of the pool.We hired a chief, suggested by our host for the first night, who was great. She even baked a birthday cake for one of guests. We took advantage of the local terme spas in the area and had a wonderful food tour in Parma. Our host was accommodating and we all enjoyed our stay La casa di Daniela.

We celebrated a successful Design Week in Milan by spending a relaxing week at Casa di Daniela. Family members came from various countries & states to reconnect and make new memories. The house, both inside & out were perfect, as we were able to make use of the pool and outdoor living space. We would love to return to this dream home in the Italian countryside.

La Casa di Daniella was everything we could have asked for and more. The villa is absolutely beautiful, charming in its antique feeling. There were 7 of us for a birthday trip, and we stayed at the house for a week while touring through Emilia–Romagna. Could not have asked for a better home for us to celebrate in. The house is well equipped and the kitchen has everything you need. The pool is perfection - and the massive outdoor space is great for large groups. Camilla was amazing - helped set up a delightful wine tasting for us upon arrival, a private chef for our last night (a fantastic meal), and was incredibly helpful for any of our needs. She really made our visit that much more magical. Only drawbacks would be the mosquitos at night (nothing can really be done about them, but made being outside at night a little difficult - there are mosquito candles and other items around the house for use and they helped inside massively!) and the house is 45min+ drive from any of the larger towns in the region - so be prepared to drive and be away from the house if you want to explore. The town itself is a little sleepy - so definitely plan on having a car on the property. Would highly recommend the house to anyone - it was a sad moment when we needed to leave.

We had a fantastic stay in La casa di Daniela. The property was charming and our host Camilla made us feel very welcome. The property is very large with a beautiful lawn that is perfect for lazing about on. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and nearly all had an ensuite bathroom. The best feature is the outside terrace which was perfect for eating paste and sipping wine in the glorious sunshine. We then moved into the dining room as the sun went down in the and lit the open fire to keep us warm. I would recommend having a car at the property as there is a lack of shops within walking distance. Camilla and her family really made us feel welcome when we arrived. She went out her way to order us food from the local restaurant as I had forgotten to arrange lunch. She also helped arrange a pizza chef to come in the evening and cook up a storm using the wood burning pizza oven. Overall. a very memorable stay and I can't wait to return soon. Highly recommended!
