About this cabin rental
Be prepared for a 'Picturesque View' you will feel like the original settlers sitting atop the ridge looking down onto Ruidoso from Native View Lodge. The newly remodeled exterior features two spacious living rooms and six bedrooms with Wi-Fi. There are three large decks for the whole family to enjoy the great view of Sierra Blanca and downtown Ruidoso. Make sure to relax in the downstairs game area playing cards Native View Lodge is conveniently located close to all the fun activities the area has including the Race Track. The home is approximately 2634 sq ft. The property includes basic cable or satellite television, a coffee pot or K-cup, cooking utensils, a propane gas grill (propane provided), a washer and dryer, towels, and bed linens for guest use along with heating for winter. Although the parking area is concrete and the drive-to is all paved, we encourage guests to be prepared with 4-wheel drive or chains during winter snow.

Very nice! Lots of bedrooms on different levels. Great to put kids to bed, and adults can stay up without waking the kids. Really enjoyed the balconies.

The host was difficult to get a hold of. It was her husband that emailed us but only after we contacted VRBO. He gave us the door code almost an hour late. The photo descriptions and the verbal ones are inaccurate in so many ways. One of the beds broke the first night, which they did fix after we complained. The breakers kept tripping after simply warming up something in the microwave, which made the WiFi and air conditioning stop until we called and they told us how to reset it. We had to dust, sweep and mop the first day we were there (don’t look under the couches!). The door to the half bath that goes to the outdoors doesn’t lock and the bottom of the toilet leaked. They asked us to stop using it. The sofas downstairs were old and cracking. I can continue, but I won’t. It was a good sized home for our large family and the location was nice so we made the best of it but will I rent it again??!….absolutely not. Would you?
