Last minute trip and very helpful booking with questions about the rain and flood destruction. House has no issues other than need window coverings on all living area windows and wall hooks needed in main bathroom downstairs to hang things. Need new glassware and add wine glasses.house was clean and plenty of towels. More than needed for the 2 of us but wanted a great view and last minute booking. Wished we had our whole family there with all the space. Enjoyed the house and our trip. Very friendly community!

Have several toddlers and balcony was very safe. Lots of rooms and bathrooms so each family didn’t have to share bathrooms. Very comfortable!

This house has a nice deck with beautiful views of the Ruiidoso valley. We were happy to find a place near downtown Ruidoso with plenty of bedrooms and 5 king size beds. We enjoyed our stay, but the house needs some up keep. The main light in the kitchen did not work so it was dark in the kitchen during the stay. The stove had some error codes and one of the burners would not turn off, so we had to manually unplug it each time we used it. The pool table is in poor shape and their is only one working pool stick. If the owner would give the house a little TLC it would be a great. In its current condition is just OK.
