About this house rental
This little getaway has everything two+ people might need to relax on the lake / beach or do some hiking & birdwatching. It’s super comfortable with just enough essentials. Enjoy the view while sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail from the large deck on The NEST. 🪹 2023 rates are listed while we’re still perfecting our place. If you need a separate home for kids & grandkids, The CREW House, is also listed & sits right across the driveway. (Sleeps 8, 3 bed / 2 bath) *cart rental avl This space is located on the second floor above a two car garage. We do not park vehicles inside. We do not have to cross the street to get to the lake & we have some outdoor activities shared with our other homes on the property. There is a recreation room with pool table, darts, couch, large screen tv, kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee pot & some glasses & small bathroom inside. *quite hours apply Kayaks, paddle boards, canoe & row boat are free to use & shared with other guests. Golf cart is available for $50/day Pontoon rental coming soon 2024 All guests can park on site. All guests can use recreational room (except during private events) All guests can use pavilion area, beach & docks. *We are a small group of houses so there’s lots of privacy. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoe & row boat are free to use & shared with other guests. 4 person Golf cart is available for $50/day 6 person Golf cart is available for $100/day Pontoon rental available through Bass Lake Pontoon rental. If you need any help during your stay feel free to reach out via text through the Airbnb app or call a host. There is an emergency contact sheet on the entry table of your home. There is parking right outside The NEST that is large enough to accommodate a large vehicle and trailer if need be. We do decorate a Christmas tree for CREW House, The NEST & GOODWELL. In the summer we do red, white & blue.

It was certainly off season. Very quiet around there. The Nest fit our needs. No problems.

This was a great little place to stay. My husband and son had zero complaints. We stayed at the nest while my husband had some training for work. My little one spent lots of time in the lake, we rented a golf cart and and drove to the wood shed tap for dinner a few times. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The host was great and was available when we needed her.

We had an amazing stay at the Nest. We rented it to have just a little more space for our family, who also stayed on the property at the Goodwell. The Nest was a newly renovated space for two with all of the amenities we needed to enjoy time together. We enjoyed the Keurig, puzzles, cards, binoculars and the very thoughtful brownies from a local bakery upon arrival! Thank you for a relaxing and memorable vacation!
