There was a small issue with the AC that was identified the day before we arrived. The host communicated the issue and the plan for fixing the problem and gave us options to cancel if we desired. We were not able to find any other accommodations last minute. However, the AC was fixed on our second day and did not cause any interruptions to our stay. The host was great about communicating and providing updates. We also got mixed up on the check out time, I thought it was noon, cleaner showed up at 11 am ready to clean. The host was able to accommodate us on the mix up and the cleaners were able to come back later. All in all it worked out well for our family of 4.

Went to NC for Thanksgiving to see my son who is stationed there.
The house was great! Tucked into a nice wooded neighborhood, not off a main drag. Everything was clean and well kept. The weight room was an awesome thing to have esp over the holidays!
The house is centrally located to all sorts of shopping-everything was easy to get to.
The house had everything I needed to cook meals.
Only had to call Michael once who answered right away because the code to the door wasn’t working.
Would definitely stay there again!

Nice home, convenient location, quiet safe neighborhood. Gym has some serious equipment and weights. Close enough to everything, far enough out of town to enjoy your privacy
