Gather in the spacious living area with a comfy sectional for great conversations or movie nights. Enjoy meals together in the dining room or let the kids unleash their energy in the bunk room featuring arcade games. The fenced yard is ideal for pets (additional $100 fee). Upon arrival, you'll find ample parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway, with additional street parking available for your convenience. Enter the home using your personalized entry code and step into a welcoming living room adorned with a large Smart TV, preloaded with streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney+—just log into your own accounts and enjoy! The open layout flows seamlessly into the dining room, featuring a table that seats six, making it perfect for family gatherings or game nights.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the essential cookware and dining items you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Off the hallway, you'll find three cozy bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom. The first bedroom to your left features a king bed and conveniently houses the washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board for added convenience.
Next, discover the primary bedroom, which also boasts a king bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair—ideal for guests who may need to work remotely. Across from this room, the full bathroom offers a standard bath/shower combination. At the end of the hallway, the kid-friendly bunk room features a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, adorned with gaming-themed wallpaper and fun wall games that are sure to delight younger guests. Our stay in Fayetteville was fantastic! The host was very kind and accommodating when we requested an early check-in because the viewing of our loved one time was earlier than the scheduled check-in, and we wanted to freshen up before heading to the funeral home. She graciously allowed us to check in early. Our family loved this home; it was just right for us. I highly recommend this property.

Do NOT stay here. Seriously, don’t do it. If you hate feeling comfortable, sleeping in ridiculously cozy beds, and being treated like a valued guest, this place is your worst nightmare.First of all, the hosts had the audacity to keep the entire space spotless. Like, excuse me? Where’s the grime? The dust? Nowhere to be found. The yard? Immaculately kept. Absolutely disgusting.And let’s talk about the complimentary coffee. Oh, I drank it. Every. Single. Morning. And I hated how much I enjoyed it. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it way too easy to cook meals instead of spending a fortune eating out. Rude.Then there’s the game room. How dare they provide my family with endless entertainment? We laughed, we bonded, we had fun—which is just unacceptable. The whole space was too relaxing. I came here to escape reality, not to feel like I’m right at home in the best way possible.I will be staying here again, but ONLY because it was so affordable. Not because I absolutely freaking loved every second of it.Stay away. You’ve been warned.
