This is located in a typical Fayetteville neighborhood, with 24 hour surveillance. There is parking for about 3 cars. We are located 15 minutes from a hospital, jump zone, ice skating and so many places to eat.
Getting Around:
You will likely want your own form of transportation.
Interaction with Guests:
I am available via message through the site. You will be able to check in whenever you arrive without in person contact as you will be sent a personal entry code for the Smart Lock located on the front door.

Please be mindful of our quiet hours to respect our neighbors, and we kindly ask that you treat our space with care, as if it were your own. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. We allow up to two pets per stay with an additional fee of $100 per pet. No smoking, violation is $300. The host was very sweet and welcoming and attentive with prompt responses to our messages, and the house was clean. It was nice to have cleaning supplies on site for daily tidying up and the kitchen was stocked with various spices and even children’s dinnerware and a crock pot, which were great, as well as the hosts leaving some coffee and laundry supplies to make our stay easier. They also had plenty of extra towels and pillows etc. The hurricane door at the front door had a broken handle and the wiring and outlets were having issues while we were there but we were able to make do with an extension cord and other functional outlets. The tree in the front yard dropped a lot of seed pods all over our vehicles that unfortunately were very sappy and sticky, and if you have a dog, the yard is great-fenced in and large for running around, but the neighbors behind the property (who are friendly) also have dogs, if that happens to be a concern for you. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would probably come back but maybe make some parking adjustments and spare extension cords.

The home was very lovely and comfortable just as advertised. The host is amazing, very friendly, and easy to reach out to. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely book again in the future.
