About this house rental
The perfect location! Close enough to walk to everything, park your car and enjoy! Two great protected beaches and a surf beach (4 beach tags included). Fun for the kids, yet peaceful for you. Relax and enjoy the charm of Ocean City, while enjoying the cool breeze under the awnings on the front porch swing, or in the fenced-in back yard. The beach is just a block and a 1/2 away! We have the best location and value on the island (4 days minimum) . Our home is within walking distance of everything! Close to the boardwalk shops without the noise of downtown. Walk to Library, community/fitness center, Boyars market, CVS, beach, and the downtown restaurants and shops. Our pet and family-friendly common area has an outside shower, outside furniture, picnic table and gas grill. The fourth bedroom has a private porch (with awnings and small ocean view) perfect for watching the city's firework displays. Our home is comfortable, clean, and attractive, the perfect place to spend your vacation and build memories. Flat screen TVs and WIFI, one parking spot. Fully equipped, newly renovated (2019) kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and we even plant a small garden for fresh jersey tomatoes! Come, enjoy!

The property is exactly as described. It’s a charming OC beach home in an ideal location just a few short blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Holly was a welcoming host who truly wants her guests to have a wonderful time. She’s a great communicator and will go out of her way to make your stay a memorable one!

We loved our stay. Wish we could give it more stars. Holly was a great host and we loved the house. Ir had a ton of character and immediately felt like home. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5 and small pet dog . The location is a quiet street a block and a half away from the beach and easy walking distance to the main boardwalk . Holly could not have been nicer to us. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely go back again. PS. She also has a carriage house apartment in the back that she showed us that would be perfect for a smaller group.

Our stay at Holly's home was wonderful! Close to the beach, as advertised. House was clean and well-appointed. Our host was friendly and helpful. She made us feel very welcome. We hope to stay there again next summer!

From the moment I made this reservation our host, Holly, made us feel welcome. She immediately reached out to answer all my questions and continued to do so through out our stay. I was hesitant to bring my small dogs down with us but her yard was perfect for them to go down, do their business, and return to the house. The front porch is gated so they could hang out with us there without any worry. There's an another small deck off the back bedroom that was perfect to sit on and enjoy my morning coffee away from the rest of the house. My kids loved having so much space and, of course, being able to bring our dogs!During our stay my sister had car issues. Holly was so helpful and accommodating-providing extremely helpful solutions.She takes great pride in her property and it shows. The house is cozy but spacious. I highly recommend this property for families. We are looking forward to staying again next summer!
