GOLD COAST WITH PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK; 5 STAR REVIEWS!! Location! We are centrally located on the 1600 block of Wesley Ave - just cross one street to beach!! Once you arrive, park your car and walk to everything Ocean City offers - the beach, the boardwalk, amusement piers and downtown Ocean City with shops and restaurants.
Our second floor 4 bedroom 2 full bath condo sleeps 9 comfortably and has so much to offer during your stay. Enjoy our bright, spacious and open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and laminate flooring throughout. New living room furniture, breakfast bar stools, dining room table and deck furniture were updated for the 2024 season! Master bedroom updated with the comfortable King size purple mattress and fully updated tiled master bathroo . There is a flat screen 55" Smart TV equipped with Netflix and cable TV in the living room and additional Smart TV's in 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with SS appliances, cooking utensils, pots & pans and a breakfast bar. The unit has a full size washer and dryer.
This condo offers two furnished private decks for your family to enjoy! The covered deck off the living room is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and to relax after a day at the beach. The rooftop deck is spectacular with a partial ocean view and a calm and peaceful setting to just chill. On those quiet and clear nights, you can relax and hear the waves breaking against the shoreline.
This condo offers off street parking for 2 cars. After a day at the beach, wash off in our NEW enclosed outdoor shower equipped with hot water. Store all you beach supplies in the outdoor storage closet.

We enjoyed a lovely three nights at Michael's property. The proximity of the house to the water was perfect for long days at the beach. The house was in great shape and had plenty of room for our family to enjoy. Could see two families fitting comfortably too. Check in and check out was seamless. Michael was super responsive to any questions we had as well. Will definitely try to come back again!

Excellent rental! I can’t think of one thing the owner could improve upon! He was attentive and thoughtful! The house was so fresh and clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and stocked with everything you could need. The storage area housed our four bikes nicely, along with the four wonderful beach chairs that came with the rental. The porch had well-made, sturdy chairs and tables, and the rooftop deck was also great! It was the perfect location for accessing the beach and boardwalk! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The top deck was such a treat!! Michael was a great host!! We hope to come and stay again.
