Bed really needs to be replaced and the couch is small - my 12 year old granddaughter slept in a ball. Location is perfect- walking path to the beach and condo pool.

Would have appreciated black out curtains. Since it’s by the pool lights come in through the blinds.

The mattress on the bed was rock hard and was not comfortable at all. It seemed like it was the cheapest mattress possible and certainly slept that way. Also the pull-out couch was not really functional. Only 2/3 of the bed was at the same height. The bottom 1/3 of the bed was about 6 inches lower than the rest of the bed so that your feet were hanging lower all night long. One of us ended up having to sleep in the recliner all week because the pull-out couch was uncomfortable. If the owner would spend a little money on those two things, it would be a great little place to stay.
