Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This one-bedroom, second-floor condo is nestled in the tropical landscape and offers all the amenities of home. With marine-life decor in shades of green, the open living room features plush pillows, a TV, and a sliding glass door to the balcony with outdoor seating. The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal, including spacious countertops, white cabinets and appliances, a drip coffee maker, dishes, and basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sit down for meals at the glass dining table, seating four, with two additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, a closet, a dresser, a TV, and a sitting area. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, a tub/shower unit, and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool steps away, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. The condo was updated from the photos we saw online so that was a great surprise. I would stay here again. Note that the only bathroom is in the bedroom so all guests must walk through the bedroom to access it.

We stayed at this El Cortez property over the 4th of July weekend. The property was as-advertised...a little dated, but otherwise clean and what we expected. The communication with the management company "Life in Paradise" was terrible. Despite repeated messages in the week prior to arrival, I got zero responses. I do not mind being told "no", but just ghosting someone that's trying to plan a trip is totally unacceptable. I own rental property, and would never hire this company to manage my rentals.
