Everyone has LOVED this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ home in Gulf Shores, Alabama newly constructed in 2022! 4BR 4BA gulf view beauty across the street from the beach, sleeping 13. Perfect location. East Beach. Close to everything, including the beach! Awesome, affordable. Location. Location. Location. Heated community pool (15'x34') right out front!

LOCATION!
Walkable to Sea N Suds (6 min!), Island Market is 6 minutes too, even Hangout is only .9 miles away, so much more! Easy beach access, less than a minute away, at 4th Street, where there is a public beach, so NO cutting through private property. Soon: a second beach access right across the street!
POOL? You bet, the community pool (15'x34') for East 11 Cottages is right outside your door! Watch the kiddos from your expansive front balcony, or on one of the community provided pool lounge chairs around the pool!

EXTRA FRIDGE
Because... once you have stayed in a beach home with TWO refrigerators, you will question ever not having them again!
BEACH ACCESS
Beach access could not be easier! The East 4th Street public beach is kitty corner across the street. How do you get there? Walk out the door, go to to the stop light in front of the property, push button, and cross the street! No crossing random places or getting yelled at for short cutting through private property!
PARKING
There is available onsite parking for at least 4 cars per side (2 under the side, 2 in front of the side).
WIFI/INTERNET
YES! We have an awesome mesh network to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home!? That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like? It is generally rock solid and ran > 100Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests "troubleshooting" it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction!
No smoking please, but feel free to eat lots of shrimp, bask in the warm sun, and have a great time!
Since we have a higher proportion of guests recently who are new to vacation homes, I wanted to mention a few things that may be new to guests who normally stay in hotels or resorts rather than a private home so they are not surprised. As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels, toys, or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, except where specifically noted, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well.

We stayed at Beechy Keen last week, and it was wonderful! The bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds. The airy decor throughout the house is welcoming, and there is plenty of seating inside and outside (porches). The kitchen has modern appliances and is equipped with everything you need. Beach access is near and easy. We look forward to working with Bama Beach Houses again for our future vacations!

Pool right outside the house made it easy for watching the older while they swam while we tended to the younger kids inside. Beach super close. House was perfect

Had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay there again. I mentioned in a comment to the host that the bathrooms were a little dirty when we arrived with hair in the shower. They had a cleaning crew there within the hour to clean them. Very impressed with how quickly they responded. The dishwasher stopped working at one point and again they had the repairman there the next day. I would rate this place a five plus. a wonderful place and well maintained. Keep doing what you're doing in responding to issues and you want have any problems renting your properties. Thanks again for allowing us the pleasure of staying at your house.[😎 Thank you so much Ricky! Happy you all had a fantastic time in my place, and found everything t be wonderful. Also glad the mgt gang were super fast in assisting you with the couple little items. Love knowing they are doing a great job, and shared that with them too. Happy to have you back anytime!
