Renovated in 2024. Studio of 13m² located on the first floor 3 minutes walk from M° Garibaldi: easy access to the Champs-Elysées, Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare and Lyon stations. Direct access Orly with line 14.
You will be in an authentic old building in Saint-Ouen with double glazed windows: double bed, TV, Wifi, fridge, microwave, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (and products). No stove.
You will find books, guides and maps of Paris at your disposal. Non-smoking

Passenger access
The easiest way is to come by metro. The station is Garibaldi (line 13 provides access to several stations: Montparnasse and Saint-Lazare, the Champs-Elysées). Line 14 is 1 station away (Mairie de Saint-Ouen) and you can just as easily reach the Gare de Lyon, Châtelet or the Grande Bibliothèque or Orly airport. Garibaldi is a 3-minute walk away.
