Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 17m², located on the 3rd floor (without a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a convertible sofa and a television.
The sofa bed (double – 160x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel-dryer, a mirror and a toilet. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.
Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

The nearest metro station, Blanche (line 2), is just a 5-minute walk.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
