You will have private access to the entire home for the duration of your stay, including amazing lounge spaces, full kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Free parking is available in the driveway.

The bedrooms are located on the second level one with a king-sized bed, one with two queen sized beds, and two other bedrooms each with a queen size bed. All beds are outfitted with EXTREMELY comfortable brand new mattresses.
Just like the bedrooms, the bathrooms are designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The bathroom features a luxe walk-in shower. The bathroom is stocked with spa quality Public Goods amenities and plush towels for your convenience and comfort.

The modern large kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host intimate dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The breakfast table in the kitchen seats two and the dining table can seat up to eight.

Great hosts, located close to key areas of Des Moines. Inside of the house is well decorated and perfect for large groups to be able to spend quality time together. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

We care about character when we're selecting a place to stay, and I'm happy to say this place looked exactly as pictured and felt like staying in someone's home. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-appointed. The hosts had a lot to offer for games and toys.

This historic home, built in the early 1900s, is located in a fantastic area close to the fairgrounds. It has been beautifully updated and is very well maintained. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with upgraded linens that made for a great night’s sleep. During our stay in August, the upstairs area was quite warm, but the host thoughtfully provided fans in every room, which helped. The host was also very responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.
