Villa Evmaria, modern and stylish, occupies the most sensational panoramic location in the traditional village of Spartylas. Located just a few min drive away from the amazing beaches of Barbati and the mani facilities of the lively Ipsos, Villa Evmaria ticks all the boxes for a truly unforgettable holiday on Corfu. Finished to the highest standard to provide a truly superior holiday experience, the villa can comfortably sleep 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and is surrounded by beautiful private patios offering breathtaking views over the blue ionian Sea. A stunning private swimming pool completes the setting for a truly special stay. A property definitely not to be missed!
Inside, Villa Evmaria is set over 2 floors, the upper floor houses a large lounge with adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. There are also 2 bathrooms on this floor, one en-suite to the double bedrooms. The rooms have wide windows offering sensational unobstructed views to the sea. Panoramic, furnished terraces run around the upper floor and are perfect for a relaxing drink or some extra relaxation. The lower floor is occupied by a self-contained suite for 2 guests (the beds are twin but can be joined into a double if required) and en-suite bathroom. The interiors are fully air-conditioned and have been carefully designed to enjoy most of the light and views that Greece fan offer. Yes, because Villa Evmaria is truly “Greece at its finest” and will not disappoint even the most demanding guests.
Outside, Villa Evmaria offers to its guests extensive gardens with secular olive trees, shrubs and flowers. A large, private swimming pool (measuring 30 sqm) will be the highlight of long days under the shining Greek sun. The pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and is beautifully lit at night. Once again, the views are literally to die for! Guests also have at their full disposal a beautiful outdoor kitchen with oven/barbecue perfect for delicious meals under the shade of the tall trees while enjoying the views of the boats passing by. For extra comfort, an outdoor shower is available by the poolside. Private parking is also available.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.

A little slice of Paradise in the hills above Ipsos Bay. Stunning views in a beautiful location.The hosts were very friendly and as we had a late flight on Saturday allowed us the use of the house for the day which made a huge difference to us. Just the spot of a battery recharge.

lovely villa, has everything you'll need for an amazing holiday. The drive up is interesting, once you understand the route, it's easy and fun. Amazing hosts, highly recommended!

The villa is set in beautiful surroundings. The outdoor kitchen was an extra bonus. We Could use every night. The pool was lovely and clean. Inside the villa is very spacious, the bedrooms lovely decorated and kitchen is very equipped. The balcony had a spectacular view. Great communication with the owner. Would highly recommended this villa

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Luxury Villa Evmaria. As a family of four, there was plenty of room, and our teenagers particularly enjoyed the pool, which is of a good size and kept spotlessly clean. We also appreciated how well thought out the outside space is, with different areas in which to sit and relax, meaning you can choose full sunshady options! The views from the terrace are stunning, and the villa's location very peaceful. Barbati beach is a short drive away, where there are numerous restaurants and bars to choose from. If you fancy a closer option, then local restaurant Agnantio is within walking distance and offers great food at reasonable prices, and again, a spectacular view! Maria was always so helpful, a fantastic host. This was our first time visiting Corfu, and it was a great experience!! Would highly recommend this villa for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
