About this apartment rental
The property is fully equipped for your holiday and has an open plan living, dining area and kitchen area. In the living room there is a smart TV with local channels and a dvd player along with a number of dvd's available.
There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a Queen sized double bed the other with two large singles.
The living room and both bedroom patio doors open out onto a large balcony that runs the length of the property and has a table and chairs along with sunbeds. The balcony also over looks the communal pool
The property is ideally suited in the Universal Area and is within walking distance of Paphos harbour as well as having a regular bus service to the harbour. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment there is a small mini market, a fruit market and a lovely bar/restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The apartment is air conditioned throughout
The beautiful sandy beach is just a 7 minute drive away or 20 to 25 minutes walk.

Dale was very informative in maps, how to use apartment and what was in the apartment, which was everything you need. apartment clean & tidy, massive balcony, my personal downfall was i don't drive so had to taxi to town 10 to 12 euros a time but if there's 2 to 3 of you wouldn't be a problem, lots to see & do in Pathos, would recommend highly

Loved our stay at this beautiful apartment, very clean, 2 very good sized bedrooms with extremely comfy beds, kitchen well equipped, massive balcony with tables and chairs and loungers. The area was very quiet, around a 20 minute walk to the harbour area and there was also a few restaurants nearby as well which we frequented. The host was very responsive to all my questions prior to arriving and made several check ins whilst we were at the apartment to make sure we were happy with everything, a definite super host. Really loved our stay Dale and can’t thank you enough. We will be back.

Had a fantastic stay. We all really enjoyed it, brilliant location although it’s not a walk into Paphos, not for me anyway. We hired a car for our duration and visited the beach or ventured out for the day. Dale’s apartment was brilliant for us.Washing machine really good air-con, clean pool & plenty of shops and supermarkets in Paphos. Balcony is amazing and gets the sun all day.Please venture out to the Porto Antico restaurant it’s a must!! Visiting the blue Lagoon was great too with the floating bar. Thanks for having us. The Surtees family X
