Very quiet area. A long bath curtain was positioned to give more elbow room. Although I don't like bathtubs, this one still made the upper half of the four apartments I stayed in. Wonderfully fluffy bathrobes, too. There are a few kiosks nearby for any daily shopping needs. The apartment felt spacious, and the yard looks great.
Walking distance is a bit far to mall, beach, and other areas. There are some restaurants nearby, but not many. On the last day I only heated shower water for 15 min, which wasn't enough for overnight - but the rest of the time, the showers were hot (better than half the apartments I stayed in).
