This large independent house that can accommodate 5 people is surrounded by a large 2 ha plot of land and a small stream, typical of Perche. And it is very close to the picturesque village of Authon-du-Perche, 50 minutes from Chartres and Le Mans.
A 0.50 ha fishing pond is at your disposal. And your pet is welcome! Detached house (120 m²) in the countryside, comprising:

Living room/dining room/kitchen (30 m²) with fireplace, TV, sofa and microwave
Back kitchen with sink, washing machine and small refrigerator for fishing
WC with sink
Upstairs:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed
1 bedroom with 3 single beds
Mezzanine with sofa, armchairs, TV and DVD player

Small covered terrace.
Green space of more than 2 ha partially enclosed with many trees, a small stream, a wetland and a 0.5 ha fishing pond.
