A cozy apartment of about 60 square meters, sleeping up to 3 people, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment is on Corso Garibaldi, the main street leading to the center of Castellamare del Golfo. Among the main attractions in the area are Guidaloca Bay (7 km), the village of Scopello (12 km), and the Zingaro Nature Reserve (12 km).
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and two balconies.

The apartment is laid out as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, oven, toaster, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, access to the balcony, and sofa;
- BEDROOM with a double bed, a single bed, a closet, and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
*The SLEEPING AREA, accessible from the living room, is separated from the rest of the space by a curtain and has no windows.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pumps (split units in the living room and bedroom), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and clothesline.
PLEASE NOTE: From the living room, you can access a loft of approximately 8 square meters via an internal staircase; the beds on the loft ARE NOT USABLE.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.
7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the municipality, which is €1.50 for the first 6 nights.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off must comply with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Trapani Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.
For check-ins between 10:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight
EUR 40 from midnight to 1:30 AM
Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.
