Great location, easy access to the lake and to stores. 24 hour front desk with coffee and tea available and easy check in. They did upgrade us from a 2 bed 1 bath to a 2 bed 2 bath. We were able to cook and eat in with their kitchen although the equipment available was just the essentials (eg had pots and pans utensils and oil, but bring your own pizza pan, oven mitt, tupperwares). Everything worked although some minor updates needed. Pet friendly although there is a size limit and pet fee of 25.

We were very happy with our stay. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. Close to everything. I was able to make breakfast every morning to get our day started. We loved being so close to the Heavenly Village and Gandola.

The place is very nice and clean. Check-in process is very efficient. There was a service fee from VRBO, but hotel management resolved it in the timely manner. I would stay at this place again when I visit South lake Tahoe

This 2 bedroom condo was very spacious, clean, updated and a great location. The kitchen was brand new. Both bedrooms had a sink with a back lighted mirror, which my daughters loved! The bathroom had heated floors set to a timer for warm floors in the morning. Every room had and AC/heating unit which was very convenient. I hope to stay here again! The only thing I would recommend is the trash bin on the property did not close so a bear showed up in the evening but that made for a great story and videos! lol

I loved everything about our stay except for one thing which is partially my own fault for not asking one question before booking. I was misled twice about accessibility before we traveled to the property and again at check-in. The number of stairs. Before we arrived I was told there were only “5” stairs but assured that we were in the “lower level”. It was actually more like 12 steps and there was no place to put or charge my mobility scooter. I should have asked sooner and for more detail. Other than that our stay was wonderful! Lovely property… highly recommend!

Location was great. Hot tub was the highlight. The second room had no knob or handle on the door, so if closed you can only open the door by pulling it open from the bottom of the door sliding your fingers under it or go around to push open. Floor seamed filthy as my feet turned black within hours of being there. Bathrooms out dated and paint issues and bindi job wasn’t done properly, But over all the location is what made it a good place to stay.

Place is a bit outdated. Place was clean but feels like it hasn't been detail-cleaned in a while. Door wouldn't open-had to call front desk to figure out that the door only opens when you pull down. Bath fixture and bedroom door were installed backwards. For the price, it's what you expect so it worked. Best part was the location!

Location was prime near stateline and the property was very clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and it was enough space to make meals and for the kids to have space to place. You can walk to Heavenly resort within 5 mins which is a huge plus!

Check in was seamless and super friendly. Lobby was clean and had a cool fun vibe. If your condo has a fireplace, they sell wood at front desk—super convenient. Condo looked like it has been renovated recently with new flooring—and heated flooring!—new appliances, kitchen, and bath. Beautiful rock fireplace for cozy days/nights. Custom set temperatures in each room! Such a plus when traveling with others. 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom—AND each bedroom also has a sink/backlit mirror, so no need for communal toothbrushing or getting ready!Parking was easy. Beach a quick block away. Nice neighborhoodLook forward to returning. We stayed in December and they did a great job decorating

We stayed 3 nights. I wouldn't call this a condo per-se as it operates more like a hotel in terms of logistics. You just check in at the front desk (I couldn't find this in the listing anywhere, had to ask the host). At least my room had very old appliances, could be different for others. Some smaller things to note: Paper thin walls, it wasn't too bad where we stayed but this could be very very bad depending on your neighbours. Additionally none of the inside doors latched, they had door handles but the place had settled so much that the latch never engaged, every single door. We had used the oven, but there was some slight remains from previous people (or maybe from some grease drips from the pizza we were making) that set off the fire alarm with some smoke when we turned it on, this contacted the front office and the fire department which both came to check on us.. So if you're trying to avoid awkward interactions with that be very careful when cooking. Overall, the location was good and the people around us weren't too loud, and for the price I paid I think it was worth it, but it wasn't overly impressive by any means.

When I arrived,I had uncomfortable high altitude sickness. I asked the receptionist to be moved to a room without any stairs and she said that no rooms were available. It felt to me the her comments were hurried and that she didn’t care how I felt. I told her that I thought that she was rude and she apologized.

I really liked the residence but have a couple of issues. One is that one of the bedrooms did not have a screen on the sliding glass door, making it impossible to get fresh air without risk of critters getting in. IN addition, there were lights on the balcony that could not be turned off, so blocking out light was tough except if you used the black out curtains, which I do not like to do- I prefer to see the dawn !!
