*** PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE BOOKING: Lake Conway has been drawn down. We are unsure at this time how long the lake will take to drain and then how long it will be without water. The AGFC will be working on a new dam/spillway among other things while the lake remains near dry or EMPTY. A new dock has been built and can be used for your outdoor enjoyment. The view is great and the quiet is wonderful. This property is a very nice place to stay and gather and even without our typical waterfront views, the house itself is a hidden gem within a short drive to plenty of other fishing holes and lakes surrounding our area. We hope you enjoy your time here, as there are endless things to do in and around the area ***
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene lakeside home with awesome views away from the big city. Located in a small-town neighborhood on the water between Little Rock and Conway you'll never run out of things to do, from fishing, exploring near-by hiking trails, dining out in the city or staying in and taking advantage of our huge, well supplied kitchen for family feasts or just yourself. You can also take a nice walk or drive down to the dam which is about 3/4 mile from the house.
(There is a Ring security camera doorbell at the entrance to the property)

Perfect spot for our family getaway even with the lake being drained. Very comfortable and homey, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the patio was perfect for morning coffee and listening to the birds.Mary is the perfect host and answered all messages very quickly. We will definitely return for another trip once the dam is complete and the lake is filled.Thank you so much Mary

Wide open kitchen fully stocked. 2 Queen beds in 2 rooms and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. 0lder bathrooms but adequate for our needs. Large dining table. Security lights on outside made it safe to enter after dark. Driveway needs some markers for after dark entry. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings.

THIS IS NOT WHAT THE PICTURES SHOW!! The lake has been drained…. No water until at least 2028!!! Mosquitoes everywhere!!! Can’t even hang outside!!! Plumbing in master bathroom horrible!!!
