Welcome to Crimson Horizon Retreat! A modern, stylish & thoughtfully designed home that's perfect for your Sedona stay. This house is equipped with 2 guest rooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, patio and other amazing amenities for a comfortable getaway.
This home is located in Pine Valley, 10 min. off I-17 corridor & a 15 min drive to Sedona proper. Great access to amazing hiking trails, 2 championship golf courses & restaurants. Book with us today as your Sedona adventure awaits.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
- Guests are also welcome to use the pots, pans, etc. in the kitchen for any cooking they wish to do. Thank you!
-The guest who initially booked reservation must be present for duration of stay, you may not book a reservation in behalf of others.
-Burning of candles, incense or using any type of oil diffuser is strictly prohibited.
-This property is 100% NON-SMOKING
-There will be NO parties or events permitted at this property at any time.
-All wood furniture must be wiped with a damp towel only, no cleaning products are to be sprayed on furniture which would damage finish.
-Cars that leak oil are not permitted to park in driveway. The driveway pavers are very absorbent to oil and will not come out easily
Quiet time after 8pm
-If guests break any of our house rules then you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
The whole home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master is equipped with a King sized bed and a private soaking tub. Guest room two has a bunk bed (twin beds) as well as a single twin bed that also has a trundle. So, perfect for a family getaway!
The back patio has comfortable furniture with incredible views of the red rocks to enjoy while you and your family and loved ones dine on the terrace. There is also a great fenced in dog run should you decide to bring your 4-legged friend. on your trip.

Hot Tub Usage Guidelines:
We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
Supervision:
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.
Temperature:
The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it.
Health Considerations:
Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.
Shower Before Use:
Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.
No Glassware:
For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.
Cover Usage:
When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.
Liability:
If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur.

We loved our stay at this property! The back patio at night for stargazing was ahhhmazing. We would have such a busy day but right at dusk we were on the patio just watching nature and enjoying the light transition. We were so excited to see the javalina family come through, priceless moment for us. I would definitely try and get this home again. Loved the drive out there, saw Mr Coyote. Perfect.

Hello,I wanted to share how delighted I was with my recent vacation at your rental house in Sedona. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how spotless and beautifully maintained everything was. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities anyone could need to feel right at home. The thoughtful touches throughout, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy beds, made our stay extra special.The location couldn't have been better—nestled in a quiet neighborhood but just minutes away from Sedona's breathtaking trails and vibrant downtown. Waking up to those stunning red rock views every morning was truly unforgettable. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and we enjoyed taking in the sunset from the patio.Communication was smooth and easy, and I appreciate how responsive and helpful the team was throughout our stay. This was absolutely THE best home I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in some very nice homes!From the host, to the ease of booking, cleanliness and comfort of the home itself to the AMAZING patios and hot tub with a beautiful view of the red rocks... there was nothing I would've changed!We even saw javalinas walking through the yard one day... which was the icing on the cake! I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It’s cozy, clean, and filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect, with absolutely breathtaking views. There are also amazing hiking opportunities nearby, which made our stay even more special. Everything you need for a relaxing family getaway is provided. Highly recommend!
